Syed Sadat Hussain Shah leads the next chapter of Al Sadat Group. He founded Al Sadat Associates in 2015 and grew it into Al Sadat Marketing, then into the development group behind Lakeshore City, Seventeen Villas and The Souk.
He believes development should create value beyond property, linking investment with tourism, jobs, entrepreneurship and community growth. He has championed this view at business chambers, in public–private partnerships and at international forums.

Syed Suleman Shah laid the foundations of Al Sadat Group. He started in Karachi’s timber trade and built the business over decades in industries including timber and ship-breaking, growing it from local operations into national and international sourcing.
His values of integrity, resilience and long-term relationships remain the cornerstone of the Group today.
