Fifty Years of Steady Growth
Al Sadat Group began in 1975 as a family timber business in Karachi. Across generations it has grown into a diversified group working in real estate development, construction, property marketing, investment, tourism and hospitality.
We see real estate and tourism as two engines that work best together. Our projects are planned as places where people can live, work, invest, visit and build businesses.
Our founder, Syed Suleman Shah, started in Karachi’s timber market in 1975. The business grew from local trading into international sourcing, importing timber from markets such as Canada and Germany.
In 2015, the next generation took the Group into Pakistan’s property sector with Al Sadat Associates. It became Al Sadat Marketing in 2018 and moved its head office to Blue Area, Islamabad in 2021.
From there, the Group began developing its own projects: Lakeshore City in 2023, Seventeen Villas in 2025, and The Souk and Luna Riverside Hotel & Resort in 2026.
